Sponsorship Packages for Law Schools

The sponsorship packages have been designed with the goals in mind of making this year’s conference more valuable to our members and to assist you in your efforts of branding your schools with potential applicants. Of course, all sponsors will be acknowledged in the conference Program and in the myriad ways noted on the form.

The deadline to purchase a sponsorship package is May 4, 2018. Please note that some of the packages have a limit on the number of schools that can purchase that package. These limits are firm, and in place for various logistical reasons. Therefore, we encourage you to act quickly if you would like to secure one of these packages. Titanium Sponsorship Package
For sponsorship as conference hosts, providing meals, meeting space and logistical assistance: University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law, Loyola Law School, Pepperdine University School of Law, University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Southwestern Law School
Platinum Sponsorship Package - $1,500
Limited to 10 Law Schools

For sponsorship of an evening or off-site social and/or contribution to our scholarship fund for new pre-law advisors
  • School name imprinted on conference bag
  • Signage throughout the conference, acknowledgement on screen when possible during sessions, verbal acknowledgement at opening and closing of the conference
  • Includes one marketing piece in conference bag
  • Sponsorship of one conference scholarship ($400 value) for a new pre-law advisor
  • Participation in the Friday tabling fair and three meet and greet socials during the conference
  • Full-page (8 ½” x 11”) color advertisement  in conference program (portrait orientation)
  • Listed as “Platinum Sponsor” in conference program
Gold Sponsorship Package - $1,000
Limited to 15 Law Schools

For co-hosting a social, touring buses or other opportunities at the Conference
  • On-table signage, verbal acknowledgement during the conference
  • Distribution of one marketing piece (brochure, view book, pen, etc.) in the conference bag
  • Includes Sponsorship of our scholarship program for pre-law advisors
  • Participation in Friday tabling fair and three meet and greet socials during the conference
  • Full-page (8 ½” x 11”) color advertisement in conference program (portrait orientation)
  • Listed as “Gold Sponsor” in conference program
Silver Sponsorship Package - $500
Unlimited

  • Includes conference signage and verbal acknowledgement during the conference
  • Participation in the Friday tabling fair and three meet and greet socials during the conference
  • Half-page (4 1/4” x 5 1/2”) color advertisement in conference program (portrait orientation)​
  • Listed as a “Silver Sponsor” in conference program

Sponsorship Packages for Vendors

Platinum - 3 L Commercial Sponsorship Package - $1,500 (Limited to 2 companies!)
  • Full-page color advertisement in a prime position (inside or back cover) in the program
  • Includes your company logo on the conference web site noting Sponsors
  • Participation the Friday tabling fair and three conference socials with pre-law advisors
  • Includes one branding item or print material in the conference bag
  • ​Acknowledgement as a 3L level sponsor in the conference program
Gold - 2 L Commercial Sponsorship Package - $1,000​ (Unlimited)
  • Participation in the Friday tabling fair and three conference socials with pre-law advisors
